Meet the team

Transnational Project Meeting I
The first transnational project meeting was a critical milestone at the beginning of the project as it allowed the entire project team to meet in person and interact directly. This meeting played a vital role in building the team, establishing ground rules for the project, updating the communication plan, and preparing the first set of activities. Therefore, it was crucial to ensure that the first TPM was well-planned and executed to ensure the success of the project.

Transnational Project Meeting II
The second project meeting was essential for evaluating the project's progress up to that point. The need for this TPM (Transnational Project Meeting) was justified by the importance of reviewing the dissemination and exploitation of results activities that had been conducted so far. Equally crucial was ensuring that once the application became functional, it would be widely shared and made accessible to as many young people and casual athletes as possible. During this TPM, we evaluated the implementation of the dissemination and exploitation of results plan and planned additional activities for the future.
