Upon their return, the five staff members of ARAO committed time to a crucial task — adapting and integrating the new methodologies and approaches discovered during the Job Shadowing into the regular work of our organization. To facilitate this integration, they organized demonstrative Via Ferrata workshops, showcasing the acquired know-how to their peers and local practitioners. This initiative aims to share and disseminate the valuable insights gained during their experience.
