📍 Budapest, Hungary 📆 17-19 January 2025
The year kicked off with our first in-person meeting—an exciting milestone that marked the true beginning of our journey together. Although we had previously connected virtually, this was the first time the entire project team came together face-to-face. It was a valuable opportunity to build strong partnerships, strengthen our collaboration, and align on the key goals for the months ahead.
During the meeting, we focused on essential steps to keep the project on track. We agreed on clear working procedures, set up a monitoring plan to follow our progress, and developed a communication strategy to increase the visibility of both the project and the Erasmus+ programme. We also discussed how to handle potential risks effectively.
A key highlight was the initial planning of our upcoming Bike Tours. The Slovak team committed to drafting a proposal to support the coordination of these tours, which is available at the following link:
This kick-off meeting was a meaningful moment that set the tone for a successful collaboration, brought the team closer, and ensured we’re all moving forward together.
