On the tenth day of our bike tour, we left the High Tatras and cycled through Liptov County. We had 79 km ahead of us today, which was more than on previous days, but at least we could set off without rain, and we hoped it would stay that way. 

After a few minutes, however, we had to put on our raincoats and cycled in the incessant rain until one o'clock in the afternoon. Of course, this did not dampen our spirits, as there were so many beautiful sights waiting for us today. 

Our first stop was the famous town of Spisska Sobota, with its beautiful hipped-roof houses and St. George's Church. 

In Poprad, we visited the Podtatranské Museum, founded by Dávid Husz in the last third of the 19th century. We continued our journey along the Poprad River on a high-quality bike path, then turned into the beautiful valley of the Cierny Váh River, which is located in the Low Tatras. 

When we reached the Cierny Váh reservoir, we stopped at the foresters' cemetery and a small church, where we stumbled upon a choir rehearsal. We met some very nice people here. Liptov County is a beautiful place! 

From here, we had another hour and a half of cycling to reach our destination. It was a tiring but beautiful day, and finally, after two and a half days, the rain stopped.
