📆 Day 10 | 2 June
📍Route: Arles -> Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, France
🚴‍♀️ Distance cycled: 54 km
🏰 Places visited: Langlois Bridge at Arles (Pont Van-Gogh)
We began the day in Arles and cycled 54 kilometers until reaching Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône. Although we didn’t visit any specific landmarks the route along the canal was scenic. The highlight of the day was a wonderful afternoon spent at the beach. The weather was perfect, and the sea provided a well-deserved break and a moment of pure enjoyment after the long ride.
We camped at the outskirts of the beach. No showers or bathrooms — but the location made up for it. Being able to relax and swim just steps from where we camped made the experience feel much more special and rewarding.
We stopped only at Intermarché and Lidl during the day to restock food and water. These quick stops were essential to keep us going and prepare for the evening.
One of the key lessons we took from today was learning the value of patience. Sometimes, we just need to wait — and the best moments will come. That beach afternoon was the perfect reminder of that.

The camping spot for the night was right on the beach.
