We are looking for an Event Coordinator

We need an organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional to plan and manage short-term international events (usually one week long) for young people aged 16-24. Each year, we organize 8-10 events in Hungary and Romania, and we need someone to help make them happen!

Your Responsibilities:

✔️ Identifying and collaborating with partners
✔️ Recruiting and preparing participants
✔️ Organizing and coordinating transport
✔️ Managing event logistics
✔️ Providing support and guidance to participants during the event
✔️ Preparing necessary documentation and reports
✔️ Promoting events online and offline

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience working with young people
✔️ English proficiency at B2 level or higher (other languages are a plus)
✔️ Availability for frequent travel ✈️
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
